If you have dreams of celebrating your wedding in the countryside, located in a two-acre field surrounded by Christmas trees, this safe and stunning location is ideal to celebrate an outdoor wedding reception, family reunion, or any momentous celebration. There is ample parking for all of your guests on-site.

Clear Span Marquees, Canvas Marquees, Chinese Hats, Traditional Marquees and Tipis, and anything else you can think of, can be accommodated in our beautiful valley.

The site is particularly suited to a moderate-sized hospitality event, hosting around 200 guests in a ‘sit down’ inside environment, and up to 300 guests for a less formal evening event. 

Celebrations such as weddings, special anniversaries, and momentous birthdays first spring to mind,  while other events such as christenings, corporate gatherings, business celebrations, family reunions, art, and craft shows, live entertainment, and field events will be totally at home in this green valley, close to the historic village of Fotheringhay and Mary Queen of Scots fame.

The choice is yours, from the look and size of the Marquee, the internal colour, dressing, and style of the decoration, to the food offering and the bar.  We can help and advise from our tried and trusted suppliers, and also welcome your own choice of supplier.

We take care of the technical logistics of the site, including supplying mains water and electricity. In addition, there is easy vehicular access to the road, and we make ample parking available to your guests next to the site. For additional logistics such as toilet facilities and more, we're happy to discuss further to ensure we meet your requirements.

Marquee events are most popular during the Spring and Summer due to the expectation of better weather.  Currently, more people are considering extending the season into October and March.  The heating cost to keep your guests warm and suggested wooden floors to prevent high heels from sinking into soft ground should be a consideration, although marquee companies can potentially provide keener quotes during the winter months.
